Business Analyst

Your role in the project:

• The projects aim to create PoCs for four use cases related to client analysis and management. Sample projects are dynamic client targeting for new products, predicting optimal call frequency to ensure effective client satisfaction and communication, and prediction of the best next action with the client.

• Business Analysts shall be the interface for data scientists. He or she shall also be able to communicate the technical details of solutions prepared by data scientists to the client

If you possess...

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience in realization of the projects aimed at customer analysis and management, for example:

§ Dynamic client targeting for new products,

§ Predicting optimal call frequency to ensure effective client satisfaction and communication,

§ Prediction of the best next action with the client.

• Excellent analytical skills to understand, structure and describe business requirements to the development team.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
• Experience in Agile projects involving multiple countries and business stakeholders.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects for Pharma Companies
• Experience with AWS (Sagemaker, Athena, etc.)
