We are looking for a Junior/Mid IT Support Specialist that will join our team in Altimetrik Poland.
Partly remote (home office and work in our office in Wrocław).

Daily tasks
- Taking care of employees' computer and telephone equipment
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with users
- Providing top-notch internal support for 150+ employees
- Supporting in the diagnosis and resolving technical issues
- Supporting purchasing processes related to IT equipment
- Reporting equipment issues, monitoring the complaint process
- Working on improving the IT onboarding process
- Implementing equipment inventory solutions
- Managing equipment in remote work
- Work with the ServiceDesk system
