As a passionate Engineering Leader you'll have opportunity to join newly-established Poland division with amazing possibilities to grow in our star team working on one of the top, world class payment systems! You have a flexibility to work off Wroclaw or Warsaw.

Goals
- lead day to day a cross-functional Java, RoR and C++ technical team of 7-14 people
- work with our partner's team to accelerate development of global expansion initiatives into new markets
- help break down business requirements into user stories and stay on top of delivery and execution
- be a coach and mentor for the teammates
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building software in one or more of following: Java, Ruby, C/C++, C#
- Experience leading and recruiting teams (6+ people)
- Great understanding of microservices, docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and modern scalable software architectures
- Excellent knowledge of patterns and practices in software
- Working exp with AWS stack (EC2, S3, Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
- Aficionado of Agile development methodologies
- Ability work in a collaborative environment, frequently in pair programming sessions
- Very good analytical skills
