Job Description

• Develops technical vision and roadmap for complex applications, translating business needs into robust designs.
• Mentors and leads developers, with deep knowledge of application code.
• Designs and analyzes software projects, implements solutions, and develops technical documentation.
• Evaluates and recommends application technologies, and trains team members.
• Uses design and testing methods to create prototypes and integrate applications.
• Ensures effective design, production, and testing of application software.
• Manages the Design Process from product design through testing and modifications.
• Provides technical support, evaluates technologies, and creates technical documentation.
• Guides project teams in software design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Utilizes trackers to assess project outcomes and interacts effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical Lead min. 4 years of experience.
• Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization (JavaScript, Workflows, WebApi).
• Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps.
• .NET Development (C#, .NET MVC, SOAP).
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps & Queues, Azure Security, Azure Service Bus.
• Prototyping, PoC’ing.
• Knowledge of Business & System Analysis, UX/UI Design, Test Leading, Test Analyzing.
• MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, SSIS, SSRS.
• Power BI
• English level B2+/C1 (ability to work in international environment).

Additional Information

• Location: remote (candidate must be based in Poland).
• Type of contract: B2B.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Rate: up to 250 PLN/H net + VAT.
