Job description
Main tasks:
- Software development of a web applications and a global platform
- Working closely with business and other teams on features and requirements
- Testing
- Performing deployments
- Creating applications using React
- The new joiner would be assigned to work for the UK customers initially, but also with a possibility to work with other world markets
Experience & skills:
Back - End:
Back - End:
- Knowledge of Java v1.6/ v1.7/v1.8 & Spring framework, spring boot
- Knowledge of message queues (JMS,WMQ,Kafka, ActiveMq)
- Good database skills (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of following tools/frameworks: Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, SonarQube, AppScan, Nexus, Liquibase, wiremock
- Proficiency in use of testing tools such as: JUnit (v4/v5), Mockito, AssertJ, Cucumber
- Knowledge on API-led connectivity
- Knowledge on micro service architecture
Front - End:
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiar with ReactJS/vueJS
- Knowledge of reactJS extensions (or eqivalents for different frameworks/libraries) such as flow /redux / react router
- Proficient understanding and practical skills in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Good knowledge of project build systems (webpack/gulp/grunt)
- Solid experience in unit testing
