The newly hired person will belong to a team that works on international projects, co-creating advanced railway traffic control systems with a high level of safety in Katowice's R&D.
Main responisibilities:
- Design & Development of the source code
- Requirement management & Technical & Design documentation
- Fixing defects and relevant maintenance of development environment
Expected profile:
- BA/MSc in IT or related field
- Solid professional experience in C programming, relevant C++ knowledge
- Development of mission-critical code, in compliance with MISRA or similar standarization
- Knowledge of the Linux environment,
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, etc.,
- Experience in working with GIT / SVN repositories,
- Very good level od English used for international project communication
To be an asset:
- Knowledge of GDB, Linux system internals (e.g. IPC mechanics, dynamic library loading, GDB-related hacks and the like)
- SCRUM/ Agile approach experience
