Purpose of the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible of design of the industrial real-time embedded product with highest fail-safe requirements and reliability within a harsh operational environment. Our team is working with top-of-the-market technology and our products have the highest fail-safe requirements, reliability and work under the harshest operational environments.
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
 
  • Analysing and formulating requirements, 
  • Designing and modelling the RBC system structure including internal and external interfaces, 
  • Translating the system requirements to tasks for the project team, 
  • Cooperating with other project work packages, 
  • Defining the Requirements Specification structure, 
  • Acting as a Product Owner of backlog in Scrum teams, 
  • Respecting defined standards on daily basis, 
  • Coordinating with other System Requirements Engineers, 
  • Creating and maintaining the requirements documents, 
  • Being part of planning and project scope definition activities, 
  • Moderating the Requirements Review. 
 
Qualifications & Skills: 
 
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Electronics or Automation, Transport 
  • Experience in working in a similar position (at least 1 year): Lead Engineer, Requirements Manager, Requirements Designer, System/Software Architect, etc. 
  • General IT knowledge especially in software design including communication aspects, 
  • Abstract-logical way of thinking 
  • Knowledge of versioning control tools (git, svn, synergy) 
  • Knowledge of the Linux environment, 
  • Strong leadership quality 
  • Very good knowledge of English
 
Optional: 
 
  • Experiences in software tests, design or development 
  • Experience in design of safety related systems 
  • Knowledge of Doors 
  • Experience in Railway industry
