Job Description
A hybrid work model requires at least one day a week in the office.
We are looking for people who:
- Have 2+ years of experience in a UX Research Ops or UX Researcher role
- Have experience in coordinating research projects involving multiple stakeholders / subcontractors (eg. participant recruitment agencies, research agencies, analysts, researchers, project managers)
- Understand the UX Research role, its requirements and characteristics
- Can look at research processes holistically, find creative solutions to operational problems and implement scalable improvements
- Know how to manage complex tasks and projects, as well as their own roadmap
- Are comfortable with working as individual contributors and value autonomy
- Respect research economics (agile research)
- Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing (at least B2)
- Communicate well in Polish, both speaking and writing (at least C1)
- Have experience using supporting tools in daily UX Research jobs like Maze, Lime, and SPSS.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- You will be working in the technology department and be responsible for creating and developing UX Research Operations
- You will work closely with UX Managers, UX Researchers, Design Ops, Data Analysts, Security specialists and the Legal team
- You will implement, maintain and develop solutions that will streamline the UX Research processes (eg. cooperation with research and recruitment agencies, implementation of new research methods and tools)
- You will establish and maintain cooperation with new, international research partners (eg. in Czechia and Slovakia)
- You will look for research optimization opportunities and implement scalable solutions
- You will coordinate the development of our internal quantitative research tool
- You will be the go-to person for research good practices
