Manager, Engineering (kubernetes engine)

What does this role involve

All information below is related to microservices and infrastructure platforms which are based on private and public clouds and focused on Kubernetes technologies.

• You will lead one of our technology area. 
• You will be responsible for maintenance and development of one of Allegro domain
• You will prepare a technology vision for one of Allegro domain, will finalise further strategy architecture and connection between Your domain and other Allegro technology areas
• You will manage technology dependency between your domain and other areas in main Allegro platform
• You will develop technical strategy architecture for your domain and align with other tech managers (around 40 engaged teams)
• You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring & hiring team members
• You will be responsible for introducing best coding practices and support the team in implementing new product features.
• You will be acting as contact person, budget owner and lead for external teams from contractor agencies
