    Job description

    A hybrid work model requires 1-2 day/days a week in the office.


    Are you an experienced professional with a passion for product analysis and a knack for understanding customer needs? Look no further! We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Product Analyst at Allegro. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our products and driving strategies that resonate with our customers.


    We are looking for people who:

    • have a experience working as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst role or a similar capacity,
    • have proficiency in using SQL,
    • have basic programming skills in Python to automate analyses and data processing,
    • be able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication,
    • have experience in various types of analyses. Among others cohort analysis, trend analysis, customer path analysis, attribution analysis, retention analysis, clickstream data analysis, A/B Testing,
    • have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses,
    • have experience in analysing large datasets and presenting findings and recommendations,
    • know how to build an insightful dashboard in BI Tools (e.g.Tableau or LookerStudio),
    • know English at a minimum level of B2 (both speaking and writing),
    • experience in e-commerce will be considered an additional asset.


    What will your work consist of?

    • you will work with product managers, development teams, UX designers and UX researchers in the product development of one of Europe's largest e-commerce,
    • you will take an active role in generating hypotheses, deriving insights from data, generating recommendations based on data and creating product development strategies,
    • you will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes,
    • you will have a real impact on the shape of Allegro - the team's analyses are used as a key element in making product and business decisions
