Alight will coach and train you to develop and over time become an experienced Workday Consultant.
Alight are currently recruiting for a Workday AMS Integration Analyst to work within their Cloud Deployment business group. The successful candidate will be based in Kraków, Poland and will join our industry-leading team, working with colleagues and clients across EMEA. As a member of the AMS Practice you will be focused on clients who are live with Workday; working closely with clients throughout the duration of their partnership with Alight.
About the Role
Your Impact as a Workday AMS Integration Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple AMS clients, building productive, in-depth relationships
- Consult with customers to deliver appropriate and forward-thinking solutions, translating the client's requirements into a detailed design
- Fully utilise the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions for our clients,
- Investigate and deliver solutions to issues raised by customers
- Conduct root cause analysis and guide the client in implementing improvements and preventative measures
- Communicating complex ideas in a clear and simple manner
- Demonstrate the ability to use own initiative to prioritize conflicting demands.
- Identify, understand and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Embrace collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change,
- Proven programming skills – knowledge of Java, C or other programming language;
- Flexibility to travel, acting as a trusted representative of Alight (up to 10%);
- Fluent in English (C1 – CEFR scale or equivalent);
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study,
