You will be part of implementing a new SAFe way of working and the team will be involved in a larger Agile Release Train. You will help to shape this organization and support to find the best roles and responsibilities within this cross-functional organization. You will report into the Global HR Shared Service Center manager in Krakow and with a dotted line to the HR Tools Center of Excellence manager.
We are recruiting for a Lead role as well as a team of architects in the areas of Integration, Security & compliance, Analytics and Data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of solution architects and DevOps team working with Workday and other global HR tools
- Responsible for the third line support being performed according to agreed way of working and meeting agreed KPIs
- Team and resource planning both for the support and for improvements
- Processes of release planning and tenant management for the team
- Status reporting into the management team of the value stream/organization your team is a part of
- Management of resource supplier contacts and financials to secure capacity according to overall roadmap and budget
- Making sure improvements to our People systems from a support and internal efficiency perspective are brought up for prioritization
- Coordination of a team in Krakow including up- and re-skilling of the team, and continuously developing way of working as well as a team in India to make sure the overall capacity is clear
Requirements
- Experience in securing all areas within solution delivery planning & execution in a DevOps set-up, including also support model, architectural standards, test management and release management of cloud solutions within the HR domain
- Experience in successfully driving program and change management initiatives in a global and complex environment
- Solid understanding of Agile ways of working, preferably with SAFe and previous experience in successfully leading Agile team/s
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, CBA, resource planning and resource supplier management
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
