About airEML team:

airEML - Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) that supports Email, SMS, Push, and Fax channels.

The Software Engineer II (Vue.JS) will play a key role in developing and optimizing the user interface of the airEML.

This role involves building and enhancing complex frontend features such as a drag-and-drop email template builder and a journey editor for campaign automation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for end users.

The engineer will focus on developing responsive, performant, and accessible web applications using modern frontend technologies. As part of the product team will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into functional and engaging user interfaces.

This position is critical in ensuring that the frontend aligns with the scalability and performance goals of the overall platform.

What you'll be working on:

• Development of new product features;
• Support and refactoring of existing functionality;
• Working to improve product performance;
• Opportunity to propose and implement your ideas.

What we expect from you:

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES5, ES6+, DOM API);
• 3+ years of commercial SPA development experience in at least one of the modern frameworks (Vue.js, Nuxt.JS);
• Good knowledge of client-server communication (HTTP, RESTful API, Web Socket);
• Familiarity with Git;
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures;
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, npm/yarn, etc;
• Experience with WebSockets;
• Experience with unit testing;
• Experience working with heavy-load projects;
• Drive in code/process improves and desire to develop soft/hard skills;
• Level of proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian language.
