Job description

Online interview
In short
We have 4 huge products with an audience of 60+ million people worldwide in the domain of electronic document management. All products are growing very fast and so is the number of tasks. Actually, this is the reason why we have 10+ positions of all levels open in the web/mobile team.

Teams
At the moment, we have 40+ product teams globally, each of which is working on its own part of the application. Teams of 5-15 people each, they are cross-functional and each of them has its own set of PHP and JS developers and from 2 to 5 QA Manual + each product has its own Automation QA team that write autotests based on test cases written Manual QA.

What needs to be tested?
Since most of the teams are cross-functional, respectively, both the API and the UI need to be tested in each team at the same time, just in different proportions.
 If we talk about mobile phone teams, you need to test native Android / IOS applications at the same time, but again in different proportions, depending on the team.

Contact us if
— You broke web/mobile applications for at least a year for money;
— Worked with REST API;
— Worked with Chrome Dev Tools and you know why there are so many tabs;
— Agile is a decent word for you and you know what it is for.

It will be a plus if you have worked with
— Databases and know how to write SQL queries;
— Terminal / Git and know the basic commands.

What you need to do
— Functional testing of web/mobile applications;
— Documentation of tests and their results;
— Try not to fall asleep during Agile rallies.

How to get to us? We have only 3 stages of consideration:

 1) Pre-screening interview with the recruiter (approximately 30 minutes)
The recruiter will tell you everything about the company/products in detail + ask a couple of questions to put together a more complete picture of the candidate and submit his resume for approval to our technical committee.
2) Technical interview (approximately 1.5 hours)
The main goal of the interviewers is to determine the general technical level of the specialist and understand what his expertise is the deepest in order to determine in which team he will be able to reveal himself better.
3) Final interview with the PM of the team (approximately 1 hour)
There will be no more technical questions, just an acquaintance + PM will tell you in more detail what his team is doing.

Why us?

First of all - freedom and opportunities
Since we are a product company, the guys have a free hand in terms of development and digging deep and wide. If you want - write autotests, if you want - have fun with the load, if you want - dig into security, everyone will appreciate it.

Secondly, these are our products
These are fast-growing and socially useful applications that are used by tens of millions of users around the world.

Thirdly, it is the culture of our company
