About Marketing Team

The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.

The Marketing Engine Team will develop a marketing platform to automate online marketing processes using AI and ML technologies. The team will integrate existing marketing services into a unified technical platform with maximum automation.

And now, we are looking for a Principal Software Engineer who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

What you'll be working on:

• Play a pivotal role in spearheading some of our most impactful and innovative initiatives.
• You will define and drive architectural decisions that will influence how our platform is built.
• You will lead engineers to build scalable and resilient AI-driven platforms that add value to company products.
• You will establish and promote software engineering best practices, contribute to design and code reviews, and improve system observability and performance.
• You are passionate about the product and knowledgeable about the awesome features that you deliver through an agile development process.
• You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

What we expect from you:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following languages is expected: PHP, Java, Python, Go.
• Strong technical skills in software development, algorithms, and other related areas.
• Knowledge of software design principles and patterns.
• Experience developing platforms with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience working with service-oriented architecture, APIs, and data-intensive applications is desirable.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data modeling principles.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the team.
