Brand Manager/Program Manager

About the Marketing team:

The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.

As a Brand Manager for airSlate Workflow product, you will be a key player in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our innovative workflow automation products. You will own the marketing funnel and lead cross-discipline teams towards achieving specific KPIs through effective campaign management. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our brand presence and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.

What you'll be working on:

• Utilize a data-driven approach to drive volume, CR SS & SA, and CAC
• Create and implement plans to meet critical OKRs and KPIs
• Continuously optimize and scale organic and paid search efforts in collaboration with relevant teams
• Manage PPC results, set goals, analyze performance, and create actionable plans
• Optimize and scale communication strategies through non-search channels with relevant teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all media and communication channels
• Understand business needs, processes, and concepts to improve KPIs
• Work with product, sales, partner, product marketing, email marketing, and other teams to set and activate strategic campaign priorities
• Gain deep knowledge of ICP, user cohorts, and use cases for the product
• Oversee the roadmap, pipeline, and activation of landing pages via PPC

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 4 years in marketing
• At least 2 years in landing page development (with a team or agency)
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and user journey
• Proficient in SEO and PPC principles
• Experience with A/B testing
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively within a marketing environment

Would be a plus:

• Degree in Marketing, Sociology, or Data Analysis (or equivalent experience)
• Background in SEO/PPC
