    Job description

    Online interview
    Friendly offer

At AirHelp, we’re all about developing products that make travel better for all. It started eleven years ago with a simple idea: to help air passengers get compensation for canceled or delayed flights. Today, we’re adding new travel products such as travel protection and support as the next phase in growing our company. This next step includes developing a mobile app with a vision to support travelers during an entire trip.

Would you like to help writing this new chapter with us? Then join us as a Senior Product Manager and help us build the best-class mobile application from scratch.

As a Product Manager, you will take part in every stage of the product life cycle: from its conceptualization, to design through development, to delivery and performance analysis. Your goal will be to build, develop and launch an app that is sustainable in terms of revenue and profitability.

    What you’ll do:

    • Prepare detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
    • Work with cross-functional teams of designers, external developers, and QA engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Define market research objectives, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights to help us improve products and implement new features.
    • Oversee the release process for mobile application, including coordinating release schedules, managing dependencies, and conducting post-release research.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of mobile applications, and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
    • Mentor our junior product managers and contribute to the growth and improvement of the overall Product Team.

    Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience in product management, with a focus on B2C mobile application development.
    • Understanding of mobile technologies, including iOS, Android, and cross-platform development frameworks.
    • Ability to leverage data and metrics to help teams make decisions and prioritize initiatives.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire teams without direct authority.
    • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
    • Experience in working in travel industry is a plus.
