Join our QA Team in pushing a modern approach to testing and collaborating with developers and product owners from the earliest stage of project definition. Core to this position is utilizing exploratory testing techniques with risk-based prioritization and supporting this with tools and automation. 

AirHelp's QA Engineers value providing quick feedback and ensuring flexibility over formal documentation, hard-coded processes, and procedures. What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Development Team and Product Owners on forming clear definitions and common understandings of the product.
  • Advocate for a whole-team approach to quality assurance, bug prevention practices, and learning from incidents.
  • Implement efficient testing approaches in order to quickly find any critical problems with products.
  • Continually improve the team’s quality process.
  • Develop and maintain testing tools and frameworks.
  • Advise the Development Team on testing techniques and systems testability.


What you ideally bring with you:

  • Passion for software testing and quality.
  • Focus towards product testability, maintainability, and user-friendliness.
  • Scripting ability at a moderate to high level, either in Ruby, JavaScript, Python or Groovy.
  • API testing skills (functional, contract-based, good API design principles).
  • Knowledge of one UI automation framework at a minimum (Geb, Selenium, Sahi, etc.)
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Energetic, team-player attitude.
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
