Job description
Brief descirption:
The position will involve working on new software platform dedicated for future ADVA products. The successful candidate
will be a high energy individual, internally motivated and able to work within R&D organization. Candidate should be also a
flexible person who finds himself in variable project’s environment.

The position will involve working on new software platform dedicated for future ADVA products. The successful candidate
will be a high energy individual, internally motivated and able to work within R&D organization. Candidate should be also a
flexible person who finds himself in variable project’s environment.
Other tasks and responsibilities:
- The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to perform any or all of the following tasks at various times as dictated by
- project needs:
- Design, code and debug of C/C++ applications
- Design, code and maintain Unit Tests
- Design Integration Tests
- Create documentation of software components
- Performance analysis and enhancements
- Defect investigation and formulating bug fixes
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Very good C++ (at least C++11)
- Linux OS knowledge combined with development tools and compilers (gcc, gdb)
- Skilled in code analysis and profiling
- Fluency in English
