Job description

Brief Description

Junior System Consultant is responsible for the whole spectrum of pre-sales administration and support for the sales force and for selected customers, respectively. This will include, but not limited to, keeping in close contact with Customers, System Consultants and Business Development.

What will you be doing as a Junior System Consultant?

  • Work alongside with Oscilloquartz Business Development team in managing new proposal requests from customers/partners as well as being engaged with existing customer for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Creates customer offers from the OSA product portfolio using guidelines and appropriate templates
  • Manages the Customer/Partner Database in Salesforce, including quotations and opportunities
  • Support sales activities and projects
  • Oscilloquartz product/solution price and cost analysis vs. competition
  • Prepare legal document (NDA, Terms and conditions, loan contracts, etc.) with legal department
  • Understand the processes related to pre & post sales support. Liaise closely with Customer Focus Team, Commercial Management, Service Business Management, Marketing, and NCH site Sales assistant & export staff
  • Project, SLA Contract, shipment and delivery follow-up

What we expect from you?

  • Experience with telecom equipment supplier or Timing Supply Equipment Sales
  • Ability to analyze competition and create quotation accordingly
  • Strong Communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong ability for self-sufficiency, works well with sales persons and ability to work in remote office setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred (ideally you are a technician or engineer with a background in administration, sales or marketing)
