As a Backend AI Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a team of technology experts on challenging projects across various industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Here are some of the projects we are seeking talented individuals to join:

• GenAI knowledge retrieval platform for the leading automotive company. This project involves the creation of an Azure-backed platform that leverages cutting-edge LLMs to deliver powerful insights from an enterprise-scale knowledge base.
• AI recommendation engine for the leading innovation company. This project involves the design of AWS-powered solutions to provide domain-specific recommendations by employing sophisticated LLMs.
• AI optimization engine for airport operation management. This project involves creating an AI-driven optimization engine to streamline airport operations, using real-time data from sources like radar, air traffic, and passenger information.

🚀 Your main responsibilities:

• Working closely with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Taking ownership of backend and server-side components of advanced AI systems.
• Developing software - from proof of concept to scalable, customer-facing product.
• Consulting the requirements and participating in technical discussions with the stakeholders.

🎯 What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Proficiency in Python (3+ years) and software design principles.
• Experience with server-side technologies: FastAPI, ORMs, SQL, NoSQL.
• Understanding of microservice architecture, containerization (Docker) and system design.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, implementing basic CI/CD pipelines, managing version control repositories (Git), remote deployments.
• Experience with cloud environment (AWS / GCP/ Azure) and serverless technologies.
• High level of ownership and ability to proactively propose efficient solutions.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies (GenAI, LLM, AI).

➕ Nice to have:

• Python: asyncio, pydantic, optimization, distributed processing.
• Practical interest in the most recent advancements: Generative AI, ChatGPT, OpenSource LLMs, GPUs, Vector Databases.
• Frontend experience (React, Angular, Htmx).
• Basic knowledge of AI and ML technologies.
