For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for a Project Manager focusing mainly on project implementation management.
We are open for candidates with different expertise levels (Junior/Mid/Senior), who want to develop further their skills and experience in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of projects delivery: budget, scope, time
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for the project success
- Motivating and guiding the project team
- Identifying and managing project risks
- Direct contact with the customer (Single Point of Contact)
- Maintaining the relationship with the customers
- Participate and support the recruitment process
- Supporting pre-sales
- Support and evolve project management practices in the company
Requirements:
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
- Experience in IT project management and team management
- Good self-organization and team management skills
- Internal drive to define goals and search for effective solutions
- Proven experience and understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Great communication skills and the ability to be proactive in contact with customers
- Understanding the process of building Artificial Intelligence and Big Data solutions is a plus
