Job description

We're currently looking for an English speaking Project Manager who will help us put an order upon our international web projects, even if some of them would be perfectly happy with the status quo.

You will be working with our UK and US clients for most of the time. We work in GMT+2 time zone (with now-and-then exceptions, mostly for kick-off calls).

  • you’re sharp - think on your feet, and look for solutions intuitively
  • you have organizational skills at your fingerprints
  • you already have experience and know-how to lead digital projects from creating up to implementing them
  • you plan upfront, think ahead, and are ready to be surprised
  • you have a sense of critical & business thinking since you know it's a part of an advisory role you have
  • you have a strong sense of human interactions, you understand the relationship between teams and clients
  • "damn, it's a no go" is not a thing that you won't say out of fear of not being the one everyone love today...

Additionally:
  • you live or are willing to settle in Poznań - we have quite of an office at Ratajczaka (google us🌍)
  • you’re fluent English speaker - you have the comprehension of linguistic & cultural subtleties 
  • you can work 120 hours a month (that’s 30 hours/week)
  • you’re ok with B2B contract
  • your salary range is 4000 PLN- 5000 PLN + VAT (depends on experience)
  • you enjoy or will survive to work on Apple devices
  • you won’t escape if dog visits us in the office from time to time 🐕

  • briefing team & clients
  • leading kick offs and team calls
  • planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress & budgets
  • keeping the team on track to achieve deliverables
  • gathering and processing feedbacks
  • building personalized client experience based on timely, efficient communication
