Senior AWS Developer

As a Senior AWS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and product owners, to ensure scalable and robust cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture, along with hands-on experience in building and managing complex cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.

Infrastructure Management:

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices in cloud environments, including encryption, IAM policies, and network security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Implement logging and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue resolution.

Personality requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development and operations, with a focus on AWS.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Cloud Formation or Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Understanding of data storage and database services (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift).
• English - Advanced (C1)
