Our client, a growing fintech are looking for a Clojure Engineer to support their tech team as they integrate Clojure into their tech stack.
The vast majority of your time will be spent writing clean, quality code in Clojure but the wider requirements can be seen below…
Clojure Engineer Requirements:
- Experience with Clojure essential.
- Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP) essential.
- Other programming language experience desirable.
- Strong computer science background (degree level minimum).
- Experience with databases: MySQL, NoSQL
Clojure Engineer Responsibilities:
- Plenty of hands-on coding!
- Working in a DevOps manner taking ideas from design to implementation.
- Some involvement in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Interacting with key internal stakeholders.
- Manage other aspects of development and working closely with the head of tech.
