Treasury Middle Office Senior Business Analyst

Description

As a Senior Business Analyst in Accenture you'll leverage your expertise in Treasury Practice to analyze business requirements, design solutions and collaborate with clients to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Requirements collection and prioritization together with Business Users
• Business requirements analysis and solutions design to leverage Treasury Middle Office expertise.
• Design and analysis of business processes.

System Implementation:

• Creation of the project documentation – High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD)
• Treasury platform configuration and parametrization
• Support for the technical team in custom solution development
• System Integration activities (integration map definition, mappings, interface analysis and development support)
• Knowledge of testing methodology and documentation
• UAT support and troubleshooting to successfully implement a Treasury Solutions.

Collaboration:

• Active collaboration with clients and with Accenture project team to ensure the complete front-to-back-to-risk process integration and successful project completion.
• Expert guidance and support for other project teams members throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Problem solving and think -out-of-the-box approach
• Fluent English

We offer an opportunity to:

• Participate in projects aimed on front-to-back-to-risk green field implementations, migrations or upgrades - on prem or in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) - of best-in-class Treasury Platfroms (i.e.: Kondor+, Calypso, Murex) in financial institutions and large corporations in Poland and in Europe
• Participate in consulting projects aimed on strategy definition, scoping for Treasury Transformation programs and target operating model definition
• Further personal development within Capital Markets domain based on the training and internal 1to1 knowledge transfer
• Collaboration with other Accenture delivery units in Europe
• Takeover a Leadership role depending on the skills and knowledge

Skills we are looking for:

• Practice knowledge of one of the best-in-class Treasury Platform (i.e.: Calypso, Kondor+, Murex)
• Knowledge of the Treasury Products (i.e.: Fixed-income, MM, Derivatives, Forex)
• Expert knowledge of pricing, risk metrics and limits management
• Knowledge of typical approaches to static and market data configuration
• Knowledge of the business processes in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Trading, ALM or Back Office will be an advantage
