    The primary focus of this role is to help application teams integrate applications and services with SSO and federated identity platform called Enterprise Sign On (ESO).

    ESO
    is an identity federation platform based on Microsoft’s ADFS solution that offers cross-platform Single Sign-On (SSO) services to applications. It provides a key benefit to our customers by allowing them to navigate seamlessly between applications without being forced to log in to each one individually, delivering a secure platform that protects Accenture’s data and our users’ privacy at the same time.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assists in the administration, testing, maintenance and support of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and associated applications or infrastructure
    • Serves as project resource for projects requiring programming expertise involving SQL, .NET, VB.net, C# and other languages by following structured development methodologies
    • Integrates customer applications with ADFS
    • Providing 3rd level support via standard incident response systems to ensure existing services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations. If escalation is required, will completely document troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and immediately alert responsible party for resolution.
    • Monitoring and investigating ESO system related alerts or email notifications
    • Examines system logs and attempts to correlate with issues and incidents.
    • Enhancing existing and implementing new technologies and applications through participation in team projects
    • Creates and maintains documentation of procedures and standards.
    • Manage and produce reports, periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards
    • Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues
    • Provides after-hour and weekend support if needed
    • Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses.

    Qualifications Knowledge/Skills Requirements: (must have)

    • 3+ yrs work experience on .net and/or C# as a developer
    • Knowledge of claims management and working with Federation Services/SSO
    • Experience on project bases roles covering design and transition stages
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Service performance, problem management and investigation skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in enterprise scale environment
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent time and priority management skills
    • Team player who also works well independently
     
    Desirable

    • Ability to use creativity when troubleshooting and resolving problems. integration of services with federated technologies including SAML 2.0, WIF, OAuthV2
    • Knowledge of claims management and working with Federation Services/Single Sign On
    • Windows Server and PowerShell scripting
    • SSL certificates knowledge
    • Working experience with MS SQL
