THE WORK:

• Work on implementing business and technical features, driving innovation.
• Write dedicated unit tests and support other test types, fostering continuous improvement.
• Analyze and fix application bugs in various environments, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Write and update technical designs, contributing to professional growth.
• Actively support and cooperate with team members and stakeholders, acting as an SME and mentor for empowering colleagues

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 8+ years of experience with IT project and 3+ years as an IT Developer,
• Practical knowledge of a code creation based on functional and non-fuctional requirements using development tools within a technical domain,
• Experience of writing dedicated tests to address business and technical requirements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others,
• Experience of agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.,
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
• Communication skills, professional level of English and nice to have Polish.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Practical knowledge of SQL and creating SQL queries,
• Practical understanding of Process Modelling and UML,
• Experience with DevOps mindset.
