IT Analyst

THE WORK:

• Designing applications using UML BPM tools, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Writing SQL queries to analyze data, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Collaborating proactively with Product Owner to define business domain features.
• Eliciting business requirements with diverse stakeholders to foster professional growth.
• Reviewing technical designs from the development team, driving innovation and quality enhancement.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 8+ years of experience with IT projects and 3+ years as an IT Analyst,
• Have good requirement (functional and non-functional) management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others,
• Experience of agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.),
• Being familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc,),
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
• Communication skills, professional level of English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Practical knowledge of SQL and creating SQL queries,
• Practical knowledge of Process Modelling, UML, BPMN,
• Experience with DevOps mindset.
