IT Admin/Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for an IT Admin/Service Desk Specialist to work with our U.S. client to develop a centralized cryptocurrency exchange for end-users, business customers, and institutions.

The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all IT-related issues.

*Our new Admin should be open to work till 6 PM (CEST) or later (if preferred ).

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Handling laptop deployment in a remote environment.
• Provisioning and de-provisioning access and account management.
• Taking care of the password management.
• Setting up and managing company emails.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of related professional experience.
• Complete Windows troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with provisioning and de-provisioning access and account management.
• Experience in working with at least one SSO tool.
•  Knowledge of security standards for access control.
