IT Admin / IT Operations Specialist

We are looking for an extremely communicative IT Admin / IT Operations Specialist to work with our U.S. client to develop a centralized cryptocurrency exchange for end-users, business customers, and institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing the company's core IT processes (e.g. selecting a password manager).

*Our new Admin should be open to work till 6 PM (CEST).

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Researching the technology relevant to service architecture.
• Creating and improving operational-level agreements.
• Dealing with incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Overseeing the overall security of organizations' networks
• Provisioning and de-provisioning access and account management.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Highly developed communication skills, and full fluency in English - this job requires frequent contact with the Client's Manager.
• Complete Microsoft troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with at least one SSO tool.
• Knowledge of security standards for access control.
