Delivery Manager with a technical background

We are looking for a Delivery Manager from Warsaw to oversee projects for our Western European and US clients. We usually cooperate with fintech, cryptocurrencies, pharmaceuticals, or SaaS platform development companies. We provide personalized solutions for our partners.

Our new Manager should be open to hybrid work from our Warsaw office (+/- 3 days per week ). 

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Overseeing IT projects from initiation to closure, and ensuring they meet goals and standards.
• Taking care of risk management.
• Building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Allocating project resources if needed.
• Conducting periodical team interviews.
• Cooperating with our Sales/Operation Director on sales, up-sales, and contract signing.  
• Building strong client relationships and serving as the primary communication link.
• Presenting stakeholders with progress reports as well as problems and solutions.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in an IT Project/Product etc. Manager position.
• 3+ years of commercial software development engineering practice - must have (Candidates without such experience will not be considered).
• Product-creating skills.
• Building and managing large (+30) teams experience.
• Availability to work from our office 3 days per week.
• Well-versed in the Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Perfect knowledge of English (100% international clients, primarily from the USA).

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience in Cloud technologies. 
• Knowledge of data engineering topics.
• Agile Management and PRINCE2/PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
