About project
Currently we are looking for Mid/Senior Java Developers to join the R&D team working on the development of the platform for bank card personalization which is used by 7 major banks in Poland & other institutions worldwide, provided by our Client - a digital security sector company.
Possibility of teleworking 1-2 days/week.
List of duties
- Analysing the requirements, prototyping, general and detailed designs, coding and validation
- Ensuring high quality through peer reviews of the designs and code
- Participating in validation campaigns and final packaging of the project
- Recommending and executing new approaches to existing software development processes and procedures
- Contributing innovative ideas for technical improvements
- Participating in support and maintenance projects
Required skills
- 3+ years of expertise in Java/JEE software development process and design
- Knowledge of JPA, Spring, Web Services and GWT
- Knowledge of Maven, Git/Mercurial, Eclipse, Jboss, Junit, SoapUI and Oracle
- Fluency in English
- Being autonomous, rigorous and curious; listening and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science engineering
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of Linux, C/C++, JNA, JFX; experience with Scrum, Jenkins, Sonar; knowledge of Software Security area (PKI, certificate, OWASP)/cryptography; smart card/EMV
