About project




Currently we are looking for IT Business Analyst. You will join a team working in a global container liner shipping company, that introduces digital collaboration IT solutions to the business. We are looking for a candidate with very good interpersonal skills who will take an active role in the definition and development of the New Intranet and other digital collaboration solutions within the company. We need someone who will open up a dialogue between the business and the IT team to translate business needs into a functional IT solution. 

100% remote work.
 



Tasks
  • Conducting workshops with stakeholders.
  • Mapping business requirements, and functionality requirements and recommending IT solutions.
  • Documenting business requirements needed for project valuation.
  • Supporting business during UAT.
  • Understanding business analysis within the IT project lifecycle. 
  • Cooperating with developers, UI designers, consultants, and product manager to deliver the project.
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks according to the Agile methodology with the team.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis in IT.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems into smaller pieces.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Experience with world-class Content Management Systems (CMS). 
  • An open mind to use technology that will produce the best results.
  • Team player mindset with a positive attitude.
 
Nice to have:
  • Functional knowledge of the SharePoint platform and other M365 tools.
  • Wireframing knowledge.
  • German fluency.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methods (e.g. Business Process Modeling, Benchmark Analysis).
