About project
Currently for our Client (one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world) we are looking for Senior Business Analyst. You will be working on adding meaning and value to all client’s customer interactions through a single, common, customer-centric technology ecosystem.
Tasks
- Provide IT Business Analysis expertise for new integration projects
- Facilitation of workshops and SME discussions to elicit and document business requirements
- Mapping of system capabilities and requirements.
- Documentation of processes, business use cases, requirements and user stories.
- Definition and documentation of processes for integration: functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define and maintain Source to Target Data mappings (STM)
- Mapping of data flows.
- Definition of acceptance criteria.
- Working with the testing teams to support QA and UAT phases.
- Transfer of knowledge to global and regional delivery support teams.
- Adhere to the processes and principles defined in the Integrations framework.
Requirements
- Implementation of global solutions within large and complex organizations, stakeholder management across multiple regions/affiliates.
- Experience working with master data management solutions - Data exchange and harmonisation, data stewardship, data warehouse management, querying and analytics.
- General business analysis capabilities - This includes facilitation of workshops, business process and data mapping, requirements gathering and documenting, writing user stories.
- Experience working in dynamic environments - Multi-system/channel/environment solutions, variety of project domains, delivery of short/medium/long term solutions,
- Knowledge of integration methods (API, ETL) - Benefits and limitations of different integration methods.

- Financial transparency: the salary is: 20 160 – 24 360 PLN (120 - 145 PLN/h) + VAT
- Clear wage model (75/25). 7N Consultants receive 75% of the amount paid by the Client. These are final wages to be received by the consultant.
