We are currently looking for:

Linux or Windows BI Platform Administrator

Job location: Warsaw or remotely

The successful candidate will work within Analytics practice and be responsible for ongoing platform support and growth of Business Intelligence solutions based in MS Azure Cloud for a leading FMCG client.

Key responsibilities:

• Management, administration and enhancements to BI systems located in MS Azure Cloud environment.
• Participating in large scale projects, eg Tableau platform migrations to/between Cloud, building new environments/scaling/performance tuning, upgrades)
• Development of changes based on customer requirements and Tableau/Power BI best practices (eg setting up new connections, development and enhancements to dashboards)
• Troubleshooting users’ issues on platform level
• Proposing service improvements

We require:

• Understanding of Infrastructure and Platform components and familiarity with performance tuning (network, servers, Active Directory, load balancers); technical knowledge and experience in Hosting and related technologies (Cloud, Linux, Windows Server, storage, backup, virtualization, etc.)
• Proficient communication skills (English) with both technical and non-technical colleagues from geographically distributed teams on all organizational levels
• Being a team-player with problem-solving, proactive and initiative-taking attitude who can challenge the status quo
• Experience working with external companies, professional and responsible approach to work with customer focus
• Willingness to operate in flexible work arrangements

We appreciate: 

• Experience in BI or ETL technologies (eg Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAC/AFO). We will provide extensive training in required BI technologies
• Degree in Computer Science or other related areas would be an advantage
• High motivation to acquire new skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and related certificates
• MS Azure related knowledge
