Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer. In this role, you will be part of designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions utilizing Azure services, with a specific focus on leveraging Purview for data governance and ensuring robust network infrastructure security.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly scalable and secure cloud solutions on Azure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Implement and manage Purview for data governance, including data classification, lineage tracking, and access control.
• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, firewalls, and other network security solutions.
• Implement and configure Azure Storage solutions such as Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Configure and manage Azure compute resources like Azure App Service and Azure Functions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and other IT professionals to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal performance of cloud deployments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and managing cloud solutions on Azure, with a focus on data governance.
• Previous exposure to Azure Data Lake, Purview, Automation of Data Pipelines, Azure Resource Manager, and other Azure-related integrations.
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure services and technologies.
