Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant IT services/ application offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement with components or processes used to deliver IT solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to schedules within same shift or to a different shift in case required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 1 year SharePoint Functional Development ExperienceOrAssociate’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years SharePoint Functional Development ExperienceOrHigh School diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years SharePoint Functional Development Experience
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite.
Proficient in English (Written and oral).
At least 2 years of experience working on a technical support environment

Fast learning and well developed analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated tolerance of ambiguity, self-motivation and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment

Experience in Microsoft Flow Development
Experience with creating/maintaining Excel Macros/Visual Basic
Technical and /or functional knowledge of Lotus Notes.
Advanced technical knowledge in Office 365 and One Drive for Business.
Advanced technical knowledge of SharePoint permissions (includes breaking hierarchy)
Able to maintain SharePoint permissions using Active Directory Groups and SharePoint Groups
Experience in manual QA Testing
Experience with automated QA Testing a plus
Working knowledge of iOS mobile phone and iPad.
Working knowledge of IE 11 Browser, Chrome Browser, Edge Browser
Intermediate to advanced knowledge on Networking, Share Point and Remote connectivity, including VPN and Citrix.
