The aim of the 360 Code Lab is to develop state of the art technologies and to make ideas become reality. In short, the 360 Code Lab is a place where motivated developers are working on cutting edge projects in a super modern office in the Warsaw Spire Tower.

Main activities:
- Technical lead in the conception and implementation of the product vision and feature roadmap
- Coordination as well as technical and disciplinary management of the existing team and development of new team members
- Holistic responsibility for the strategic planning, support and expansion of the product in close coordination with the management and the product owner
- Active participation in the design, conception, development, and implementation of the corporate strategy
- Internal and external contact person with regard to technical issues, guidelines, compliance and relevant legal regulations for the platform
- Securing a competitive advantage of the platform infrastructure (performance and scalability)
Skill requirements:
- You are an enthusiastic developer with a solid technical background in cloud computing and several years of programming experience (preferably Scala or Java)
- You have relevant experience in the fields of e-commerce, marketplaces and web development
- You are used to managing an IT team in agile project setup, both technically and disciplinary, at different locations
- They understand both the vision of the company in terms of content and the challenges from the legal side (GDPR, first-party cookies, etc.)
- You see yourself as a motivated and motivating team player with good written and spoken English skills
- They are a communicative link to a wide variety of departments where there are points of contact with IT.
