Main Activities
- Delivery of secure, robust, scalable, highly available and self¬healing cloud environments in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration through effective documentation and verbal communication
- Participating as part of a distributed agile team
Skill Requirements
- Strong scripting and automation skills (python, bash) • Practical experience with CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github, etc.)
- Experience with management tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaaC)
- Experience with building and maintaining highly-available and scalable solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with monitoring systems and performance tuning
- Familiarity with general security best practices
- Be an astute and proactive contributor in pragmatically balancing service scope vs cost
- Able to communicate (verbally and in writing) fluently, in English
