We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.
Role:
- You'll participate in scaling product as a best-in-class application for our users and a mission-critical tool for peo
- You'll build new product features from start to finish: through conception, maintenance, and polish
- You'll build improvements to performance, reliability, and product polish
- You'll work on key initiatives to keep our system elegant and productivity high — such as improving our code and infrastructure
- You'll hack the system to increase the performance of the application
Essential skills:
- 5+ years of professional programming experience
- You have experiencein Vuejs, NodeJS, Typescript, or any other major front-end Framework
- You've worked on a product experiencing rapid-growth — your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scale.
- You can readily learn most technologies as you go. To you, technologies are about tools and tradeoffs, not an ideology.
- You care about the business implications of anything you build. You're not just going after cool stuff — you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- You have backend and infrastructure experience — though you'd still consider yourself front-end
- You've spent meaningful time as a senior engineer or tech lead — or even better, you've managed a team before
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Devops experience (CI/CD)
- Experience with AWS architecture
