Job description

We are an international, Polish-American group 300Brains operating in the field of IT technology the aim of which is to support American companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We give unique opportunities for smart IT brains from the EU to autonomously work on developing projects that change the world.

We are looking for experienced Game Developer with aspiration to be Lead Developer / CTO to cooperation with startup from USA, who are working on new game. We need person, who wants to create something from scratch set their work and have many tasks in parallel.

Your responsibilities as Game Developer:

Work with animators, illustrators and part-time coders to code the overall experience of the game
Implement movement, combat, and magic systems in-game
Work with users to refine the gaming experience and the feel of the game
Communicate with the rest of the team during meetings at least twice a week (times discussable, but the team is in America, EST and PST)

Must-have skills:

Experience programming in C#
Experience with the Unity Engine
Experience with PC game development
Prior gameplay programming experience
Ability to write clear, maintainable code
Good communication in English

Nice to have:

Experience as a Lead Developer
