For one of our key Clients we're looking for a specialist for the position of:

Senior Salesforce Developer

Terms of engagement:

Area: Media / Entertainment

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 165 - 180 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

• Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
• Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

• You'll champion best practices, empower teams (design, development, end users), and ensure application excellence.
• You'll lead projects from gathering requirements to execution, managing new requests, and overseeing releases.
• You'll proactively drive improvements in application design, support, and development practices.
• You'll document procedures, create training materials, and provide end-user support for troubleshooting and best practices.
• You'll partner with IT, security, legal, and business units to deliver high-quality, collaborative solutions.

Additional Highlights:

• Manage the enhancement process, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features.
• Mentor junior developers on advanced Salesforce concepts.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in Salesforce Development (4+ Years)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce's Force.com platform is required, including Apex, Lightning, triggers, and various tools.
• Experience managing users, security, layouts, and other administrative tasks within Salesforce.
• Extensive experience building custom solutions, workflows, integrations, and web services using Salesforce APIs and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients, colleagues, and management. Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative attitude are essential.
• English B2+ level

• Salesforce certifications are a plus
