For one of our key Clients we're looking for an expert specialist for the position of:

Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (+ SAP Workflow)

Terms of engagement:

Area: Consulting IT

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 3 months notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 185 - 200 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

• Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
• Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

• SAP Environment Migration Planning: You'll be involved in developing a roadmap to migrate the current SAP system to a new environment.
• Requirements Analysis and Blueprinting: This includes gathering detailed business needs and translating them into a technical blueprint for the new system.
• SAP System Configuration: You'll configure the new SAP system based on the agreed-upon blueprint, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
• System Validation and Testing: While not explicitly mentioned, this is typically implied after configuration. You might be involved in testing the new system to ensure it functions as designed.

Requirements:

Proven Expertise in SAP Development and Workflows (8+ Years):

• Extensive experience across various SAP modules (MM, HCM, PM, PS, SD, etc.) using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing complex SAP solutions.
• Deep understanding of SAP Workflow for streamlined business processes.

Strong Technical and Functional Skills:

• Combines technical development expertise with a clear grasp of business functionalities within SAP.
• Able to bridge the gap between technical implementation and user needs.

Agile Project Management:

• Experienced in working within Scrum, Agile, and SAFe methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Adapts well to fast-paced environments and thrives in collaborative settings.

Excellent Communication Skills:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, ensuring clear communication with international teams and clients.
