For one of our key Clients we're looking for a specialist for the position of:

Android Mobile Developer (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose)

Terms of engagement:

Area: Medical / Healthcare

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 1 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 135 - 150 PLN net / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

• Technical and business conversation (approx. 1 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

• Android development with Kotlin
• Collaborate with UI/UX experts to craft front-end designs that are both beautiful and intuitive
• Own our Client's mobile initiatives, setting the vision and ensuring flawless execution
• Translate complex requirements into user-centric experiences that delight and engage
• Inspire and empower off- and nearshore teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or a related IT-focused field
• 4+ years of professional experience on implementing custom applications on Android platforms
• Great programming skill with native app development for Android with Kotlin Kotlin and Jetpack compose
• Expertise in programming patterns (MVC, MVVM)
• English (multilingual project) - B2+

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and a talent for leading collaborative project teams.
