Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering, with a passion for developing innovative AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that drive business growth and deliver tangible value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying AI and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Research and experiment with state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques to address challenging problems and improve the performance of our systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model training pipelines, and deployment pipelines.
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and develop new AI-driven features and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in developing AI-powered applications and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience using AI and machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and neural network frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
