🟣 You will be:

• building and maintaining production-grade backend software with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability,

• developing backend features and services using Java and Spring Boot,

• collaborating closely with other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and shared ownership,

• contributing to software design using established engineering principles and component-based architecture,

• working in an agile environment and actively participating in team ceremonies,

• supporting continuous improvement of backend development practices, tooling, and automation.

  
  

🟣 Your profile:

• strong experience in backend development using Java (7+) and Spring Boot,

• experience building and maintaining REST API and working with WebSockets,

• understanding of software design principles and backend architectural patterns,

• experience with unit and integration testing, including BDD or TDD practices,

• familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git,

• exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or similar environments),

• awareness of DevOps principles and automation practices,

• strong communication and collaboration skills,

• growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve backend expertise,

• very good English (B2+).

Work from Poland and a work permit are required. 

🟣 Nice to have:

• experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript,

• familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React or Vue).
