Copilot & Power Platform Engineer

Rate: 120-150 PLN/h net+VAT

Project: Building an AI Centre of Excellence and Copilot Agent solutions for a global construction & engineering leader. 

Start: Mid March / April 2026

Key Technologies:

• AI & Low-Code: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Project Overview: Join our team as a Copilot & Power Platform Engineer to support a global leader in the construction and engineering sector in their digital transformation. Our client is evolving into a data & insight-led organization, and you will play a pivotal role in this journey.

You will join the AI and Power Platform team within the Group Data & Analytics department. Your mission is to co-create a Centre of Excellence for the deployment of Copilot Agent solutions. You will work alongside a team of Power Platform experts and AI specialists to build tools that allow business users to seek insights and ask complex questions through intelligent, AI-driven agents. This is a brand-new product development (Greenfield) where you will bridge the gap between low-code efficiency and high-level pro-code customisations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated Copilot Agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

• Build pro-code extensions and custom engine agents using C#/.NET, Python, or JavaScript to surpass standard low-code limitations.

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems in collaboration with the AI team, organizing structured and unstructured data for optimal AI consumption.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and leverage Microsoft Graph to connect agents with internal and external data sources.

• Drive technical excellence within the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and user-centric.

• Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into technical AI solutions and storytelling to gain stakeholder buy-in.

• Support data governance and recommend system modifications to maintain high data quality and security standards.

Requirements 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end Power Platform project delivery.

• Experience working with databases.

• Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Solid development background in at least one of the following: C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript for pro-code agent customization.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST API integration and JSON data structures.

• Practical understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI fundamentals (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering).

• Creative thinking with a result-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Fluency in Polish and advanced communication skills in English, with the ability to take a stand and be held accountable for technical decisions.
