Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design for Retail & Mobile payment services in Sweden, working alongside junior architects and expert software developers, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient

• Collaborate with domain enterprise architects and ART teams to ensure architectural consistency across platforms

• Provide governance and guidance during implementation phases, including reviewing designs and integration points

• Drive innovation and resilience improvements in payment and invoicing solutions

• Act as a coach for two employees, helping them grow into Solution Architect roles

Requirements:

• Experience of working as an architect on large projects in international organizations

• Knowledge of API design, microservices and micro-applications

• Experience in working in agile methodology (SAFe)

• General knowledge of java and spring-boot at the level that allows communication with development teams

• Experience of analyzing and designing system flows and integrations

• Experience of analyzing and managing technical and functional dependencies

• Knowledge of system and application integration concepts

• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders

• Knowledge of Angular or a similar web development framework

• Proven ability to demonstrate leadership and strong delivery orientation

• Proactivity in identifying issues and proposing solutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration

• Ability to continuously share knowledge, experience, and information within the team

• Commitment to transparency in communication and delivery

• Ability to apply holistic thinking combined with detailed analysis

• Knowledge of English sufficient to work professionally in this language, including preparing documentation and conducting meetings
