Konsultant SAP FICO

Arc Consulting is a fast-growing consulting and IT services company, part of the Lyvia Group. We specialize in delivering business-critical solutions in SAP, Workday, automation, and IT-enabled transformations, working with leading retail and FMCG clients across Poland, Romania, and the wider European market.

We are currently looking for an experienced Mid SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP practice and support projects for international clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects (greenfield, brownfield, roll-outs, enhancements).

• Analyze and optimize business processes in the Finance and Controlling area.

• Configure and implement SAP FICO solutions according to client needs.

• Work on integration topics (MM, SD, CO, Treasury, etc.).

• Prepare documentation, testing, and user training.

• Cooperate with project teams and stakeholders across Europe.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in SAP FICO (implementation or support).

• Hands-on knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP DRC (Digital Reporting Compliance).

• SAP Certification in Finance/Controlling modules.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA projects and migrations.

• Additional European language skills (German, French, Romanian).
